Today, I’m overjoyed to share something close to my heart — the official launch of the Checking In With Sunshine podcast!

This podcast was born from a simple but powerful desire: to create a gentle, honest space where we can pause, breathe, and just be. Whether you’re navigating healing, rediscovering yourself, protecting your peace, or learning to rest — you’re not alone. This is your space too.

So, who is Sunshine?

Sunshine is a work in progress — just like you, just like me.

She’s the inner voice that overthinks, forgets to rest, learns from mistakes, but still shows up with love.

She believes in long conversations, laughter through tears, big feelings, small victories — and in the quiet strength it takes to keep going. Sunshine is the part of all of us that wants to heal and help others do the same.

Each week, I’ll be checking in with you — not with pressure, but with presence. We’ll talk about everything from emotional wellness and boundaries to joy, gratitude, and self-worth. You can expect:
